Introduction to development cooperation

The overall purpose of this short e-learning course is to provide users with a basic understanding of the MFA/Danida approach to development cooperation at a bilaterial mission.

Target Group

This short e-learning course was originally developed for staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Denmark new to job responsibilities within development cooperation at a bilateral mission. It is also considered relevant for Danida Advisors, staff from other donor organisations as well as other external users cooperating with the MFA/Danida in  development cooperation

The course is designed for users with little or no previous knowledge of development cooperation and with a main focus on bilateral development cooperation.


Notes

1. The course contains links to online resources located on the MFA intranet. These links only work for users with access to the MFA intranet.
2. The are many links to online resources located on the Aid Management Guidelines site. If a link to the AMG site does not work, you are advised to use the search function at http://amg.um.dk/ to find the relevant resource.

 

Objectives

After completing the course, participants will have a basic understanding of the MFA/Danida approach to development cooperation at a bilaterial mission.
