Corporate HR - Development offers multiple courses with the specific purpose of providing participants with state-of-the-art competences within the various aspects of Danish and international development cooperation, both bilateral and multilateral development cooperation.
Our target groups are MFA staff working with international development cooperation, DANIDA advisers, International Humanitarian Personnel (IHB), as well as junior professional officers posted to international organisations.
Courses are developed and implemented in close collaboration with various MFA departments as well as with external experts and consultants from universities, research institutes, consultancies, NGOs, public institutions, etc. We also cooperate with other donors in organising joint courses on topics related to international development cooperation.
Courses are tailored to current themes and priorities in Danish development cooperation as well as to the international agenda. They cover the specific needs and requirements of DANIDA and include a great variety of important issues related to the administration and management of Danish development assistance.
