Description:
The Danida Market Development Partnerships programme contributes to sustainable market development at the pre-commercial stage with a focus on local economic growth and employment in developing countries. This is done by promoting broad partnerships that combine knowledge and resources from different types of actors including private sector. Danida Market Development Partnerships applies a challenge fund modality through a cost-sharing mechanism that invites partner consortia to apply for support. With an average level of support between DKK 6-10 million, it is expected that 10-12 projects will be supported in 2019. Programme document and Guidelines can be found on www.um.dk.

The purpose of the assignment as Technical Assistant is to enable the MoFA to evaluate the Concept Note applications, invite 10-12 partner consortia to develop a full Project Proposal and approve 10-12 finalized full Project Proposals. The Technical Assistant will provide technical guidance in the process.

The maximum budget is DKK 1.072.000. The estimated input is 140 working day during the period 1 August 2019 - 31 August 2020.

The standard form should be used. Applications not using the standard form may be rejected. Applications after the deadline shall be rejected.
