The Regional Key Account programme is dedicated to small and medium sized enterprises aiming at increasing their global presence. The programme normally comprises work on a single market but the model allows other countries to be added within a region.
The purpose of the Regional Key Account Programme is to provide exporting companies with an opportunity to continue their collaboration with the Trade Council after finishing an Export Start Programme or a Vitus Programme.
When you enter into a Regional Key Account agreement with The Trade Council, a commercial advisor with experience in your industry will be assigned. Your advisor will coordinate your company’s commercial interests and be your focal point of action to help you in the right direction.
The agreement implies?
• The agreement runs for a year at a time and can be extended up to maximum two years
• Your company commits itself to purchase between 100 – 200 hours of counselling per year
• 35 % of the hourly rate on counselling hours are subsidised
• Your company will get a single point of contact with one specific commercial advisor throughout the duration of the programme.
