Schengen visa FEE refund REQUEST

The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs will process your request and if you are entitled to a refund, the amount will be reimbursed to the bank account provided.

In case you do not provide the necessary documentation or correct bank information or you are not eligible for a refund, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will not refund the visa fee.

Please Submit A SEPARATE REQUEST FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL COVERLETTER ID.

Your Coverletter ID appears on the receipt email that you received when your application in Apply Visa was completed. It also appears on your coverletter underneath the barcode.
