The aim of the study is to describe and analyze the main dynamics of civil society in Bangladesh anno 2019. The study shall look at the operating environment and capacity of civil society, including how civic actors (NGOs,

Also, the study shall look at the role of civil society as a “driver of change” and identify challenges and opportunities for civil society in Bangladesh. Finally, the study shall discuss the role of the DPs in supporting and facilitating the development of civil society through a Human Rights Based Approach.
