Open procedure: Corruption Survey 2019 in Ukraine for National Agency for Corruption Prevention

Description:
This call for submission of proposals is aimed at contracting a Consultant for
the conduction of the Corruption Survey 2019 in Ukraine during the period
from February to March 2020.

The assignment includes conducting a survey based on an already approved methodology on perception and experience of corruption in Ukraine covering 3 target groups: population, experts and businessmen.

The survey will be conducted in close consultation with the requesting partner, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, and in accordance with the adopted Standard Corruption Methodology. The Survey

The specific requirements for the 2019 Corruption Survey are detailed in the
Terms of Reference. The key deliverables are:
• Sociological survey on the situation with
corruption in Ukraine in 2019 (both perception and experience of corruption of
the population);
• Primary data gathered during the 2019 Corruption
Survey;
• Documents related to the 2019 Corruption Survey;
• Hard copies of filled Corruption Survey
Questionnaires submitted to the EUACI;
• Interview records (both records and verbatim),
shall be submitted to the EUACI in electronic copy;
• Final Corruption Survey Report with
conclusions/results and recommendations in English and Ukrainian, including
infographics submitted to the EUACI both in a hard and electronic copies;
•  Participation of the team leader of the survey
and/or key sociological experts who conduct the 2019 Corruption Survey in the
presentation of the results to the EUACI, NACP leadership and the public.
• Powerpoint presentation of key findings,
conclusions and recommendations of the survey in Ukrainian and English language
and in electronic format.
