Tender consultant to assist with tendering of the assignment "Evaluation of Danish support to the promotion and protection of Human Rights"

Background: The EU-Directive 2014/24/EU of 26 February 2014 on Public Procurement have been implemented in Denmark by law, Danish Procurement Law (Udbudsloven) of 19 November 2015.

Objectives: Danida Contracts intend to employ a Tender Consultant to advise and assist the Tender Committee on all matters related to tendering of the assignment "Evaluation of Danish support to the promotion and protection of Human Rights”.
The aim of the assignment is to enable the Tender Committee to carry out the Tender according to the Danish Procurement Law.

In order to tender the assignment following the procedure in accordance with the new Danish Procurement Law Danida Guidelines and standard tender material must be updated. The Tender Consultant will assist Danida Contracts herein.

The Danish Procurement Law is only available in Danish.

Scope: The Tender Consultant will be expected to use appoximate 270 hours.

Timing: Starting as soon as possible

Deadline for applications: 26 January, 2016 at 09:30 am, Danish time

The standard application form should be used. Applications not using the standard form may be rejected. Applications received after the time limit shall be rejected.
