Open procedure: Development of Asset Management System for ARMA

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is Ukraine's agency authorized to recover and keep assets seized during a criminal investigation and to use and/or control such assets on behalf of the Government of Ukraine.

The aim of this assignment is to contribute to efficient and effective asset management. This is expected achieved through the development of a software for automating the Seized Asset Analysis Forms (SAAF) designed to keep track of the details of assets seized in a criminal proceeding and transferred to ARMA for management.

The assignment includes the development, installation and training of ARMA staff in the use of the software that when functioning will ensure proper record-keeping and prompt retrieval of data.
