Participants should register electronically on the website https://bit.ly/WMDC21 using the password, that was sent to you.

The registration desk will be located at the conference venue, and will open at 12:30 hrs.
Badges will be provided upon on-site registration.

Accommodation
Participants are asked to make their own hotel arrangements and are responsible for covering all related costs.
Special room rates have been negotiated with the Marriott Hotel Copenhagen and the Tivoli Hotel (10 minute walk from the conference venue).

Single room: 202 EUR per night. Double/twin room: 228 EUR per night.

The working languages of the conference are English and French.
Simultaneous interpretation between the two languages will be provided.

The Marriott Hotel is within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station and The Royal Danish Library.

Parking
The Marriott Hotel and Tivoli Hotel own a parking area. However spaces are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis and it is not possible to reserve a spot in advance.

The parking fee at the Marriott Hotel is 4 EUR (hourly), 40 EUR (daily).
The parking fee at the Tivoli Hotel is 6 EUR (hourly), 26 EUR (daily).
