Due to a huge demand for visas to Denmark, Finland and Sweden, the Embassy cannot process visa applications within the 15 days’ decision time for handling of a Schengen visa. Likewise, there is unfortunately also a long waiting time to get an appointment with the Denmark Visa Facilitation Center, VFS Global. We strongly encourage applicants to apply as early as possible. It is possible to apply up to 6 months prior to the desired date of entry.
