Your role

As a member of a small and dynamic team, you will have to be self-driven and show initiative. We expect you to be a problem solver while at the same time enjoy being a part of a team and ready to be flexible. The main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing and serving beverages and refreshments for staff and visitors.
• Keeping the pantry and kitchen areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Performing routine cleaning of office common areas, meeting rooms and facilities.
• Monitoring and replenishing office supplies as needed.
• Assisting with general office support task when required.
• Helping ensure the workplace remains presentable, safe, and comfortable throughout the day.

Your profile

We are looking for an open minded, positive, flexible and enthusiastic team player with an eye for quality and efficiency in your daily work and with the capability to deliver tangible results.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively and supportively with colleagues, both individually and in a team setting.
• Able to act with discretion at all times.
• Previous working experience with an Embassy in a similar role is an advantage.
• Is a Malaysian citizen, has a permanent residence in Malaysia or has a valid work permit in Malaysia.
