Danish KVINFO launches new gender equality and inclusion programme in Moldova

The 4-year regional programme is aimed at advancing gender equality and inclusion in Moldova, Georgia, Armenia and Ukraine.

In Moldova, the Programme will focus on:

• Ensuring better workplace protection for women against sexual harassment;
• Strengthening national responses to sexual violence;
• Shifting public attitudes towards victim-blaming.

Programs are implemented with local partners Centrul Internațional „La Strada Moldova”, Centrul de Drept al Femeilor / Women's Law Centre, and Centrul de Resurse pentru Tineri și Femei DACIA

This support is part of Denmark’s recent financial package launched during the 5th Ministerial Conference of the Moldova Partnership Platform 2024.
