Energy-efficient homes mean lower energy bills, greater comfort and less pressure on the environment. Improving the energy performance of residential buildings can also make homes more resilient to rising energy costs.
That’s why Denmark supports energy audits for 25 residential apartment buildings in Moldova. The audits help identify where buildings lose the most energy and what measures are needed to improve their efficiency.
If all recommended measures are implemented, the 25 buildings could achieve average energy savings of around 62%.
