New European Union Entry/Exit System
Here you can find information for non-EU nationals regarding the new system for entering and exiting the European Union.
The European Union’s Entry/Exit System (EES) will be fully operational from 10 April onwards, following its progressive start of operations on 12 October 2025.
The EES is an automated IT-system for registering non-EU nationals travelling for a short stay, each time they cross the external borders of Schengen.
