Building crisis preparedness together, the Inspectoratul General pentru Situații de Urgență al MAI (GIES) of Moldova participated as observers in the EU Emergency Preparedness Training held in Denmark.
The exercise was hosted by the Danish Emergency Management Agency and brought together over 230 participants, focusing on the Urban Search and Rescue module.
The participation of the Moldova was made possible through the Danish Civil Protection Programme in Moldova, launched last year, which supports capacity building and closer cooperation in the field of civil protection and emergency response.
Such joint exercises play a key role in enhancing preparedness, interoperability, and knowledge-sharing across borders.
