How to apply for a Danish passport

You will find all relevant information about Danish passports on the main website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.

 

It is not possible to have your new passport sent to you by post. Instead you will be asked to choose where you want to collect it. You can choose between the Embassy in London; one of our consulates in the UK; a 'Borgerservicecenter' in Denmark or another Danish mission abroad. Choosing to collect at another place than you originally ordered your new passport is subject to a collection fee of £36 per passport (in the UK). Also please remember to bring your old passport for cancellation or you will not be able to pick up your new passport.

Collection at the Embassy is possible during the following times:
Mondays: 13:30-14:30 hrs.
Thursdays: 9:30-10:30 hrs.
