Minister of Defence Troels Lund Poulsen signed the declaration of intent on Denmark's participation in the international drone coalition following a meeting of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group (UDCG), also known as the Ramstein format, at NATO's headquarters in Brussels.
"I am happy that we can stand together in a group of countries to support Ukraine with the development and donation of drones. It is still absolutely crucial for Ukraine's fight for freedom that we stand behind them and continue to support them with essential equipment - equipment that is also produced by the Danish defence industry," says Minister of Defence Troels Lund Poulsen.
The drone coalition under the UDCG is led by Latvia.
