The overall objectives of the evaluation were to document results and achievements as well as to analyse the value added from support to the sub-sectors with a view to extracting lessons learned. The evaluation was undertaken between January and September 2018 through a combination of desk studies, key informant interviews and fieldwork in Uganda.
