In October 2000, the United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution 1325 to protect women and girls during conflict and instability. Denmark was the first country to adopt a national implementation plan in 2005 and is about to finalize the third. This evaluation assesses the extent to which the implementation plans have brought about the desired results.
