About us
It is a great pleasure and honour for me head the opening of a new Danish embassy in Buenos Aires. From here, we will strive every day to expand the already close bilateral ties between Denmark and Argentina – politically, economically and culturally. The Embassy will also handle relations between Denmark and Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay, respectively.
The Embassy is currently being established. Until staff and facilities are in place in Buenos Aires, part of the work will continue to be handled by our Embassy in Brasilia as well as our five Danish honorary consuls in Argentina. Until the Embassy is fully operational, I will focus on hiring staff, finding premises and creating relationships with key stakeholders and key players across Argentine society, so that the embassy will be a valuable asset to Denmark as soon as possible.
