The Permanent Representation of Denmark to the European Union is seeking to recruit a personal assistant to the Danish ambassador to the Political and Security Committee. As our new colleague in the administrative team, you will join the group of administrative officers who perform a wide range of various administrative and secretarial tasks with a high degree of individual responsibilities in a friendly, collaborative and dynamic work environment. The position is placed in a team assisting the ambassador in her daily activities, e.g., managing the calendar, tasks which can be subject to regular changes and uncertainty.
Furthermore, you will function as secretary to Danish delegations at EU council meetings in Brussels and Luxembourg on a regular basis.
