Description:
The purpose of the assignment is to procure external audit services for civil society organisations.
The objective of the audit assignment is to express an opinion on whether the financial statement of the executing agencies’ activities give a true and fair view of the state of the financial affairs prevailing in the period under review. The audit must be conducted in accordance with internationally recognised audit principles and standards, (ISAs) and should include assessment of the financial capacity and - if relevant - recommendations for improvements.
Audit provider should submit two (2) sets of Audit Reports with attached Management Letters in English, each for the following 17 executing agencies and periods, with a total budget to be checked of approximately EUR 2 mill.
Value of the contract without VAT is EUR 60,000.
The overall duration of the contract should not extend beyond 31.10.2023
