Consultant to support the formulation of Denmark's Regional Sahel Peace and Stabilisation Programme Phase III

Description: 
The consultant will support the entire identification and formulation process, including through the development of the programme document and its annexes. The assignment will include a combination of desk studies, a field (formulation) mission to the Sahel region (Bamako and Niamey foreseen) and Coastal States (Accra foreseen) (dates TBC) and regular consultations with MFA, MOD, Danish embassies in the region and other stakeholders. Expected input 70 working days, max. budget 757,850 DKK. Timing from September 2023 to June 2024.
