Formulation of a new phase of the Regional Development and Protection Programme (RDPP) - Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq

Description: 

The assignment is to assist the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) prepare the next phase of the RDPP-programme and lead the formulation and finalisation of the Programme Document and underlying programme documentation. The consultant will contribute to the development of a Concept Note and a draft Programme Document in full compliance with relevant guidelines of the MFA. Relevant guidelines and requirements from the EU and other potential contributing donors must be taken into account.

The programme is intended to be a multi-donor platform with additional contributions from possibly the European Union and other interested donors.The overall objective for the program will remain to support durable solutions and upholding protection space in the host countries. The program shall have an in-built flexibility, which will allow for evidence-based stocktaking and any necessary course-correction during the implementation period, and adjusting to a potentially changed context. 

The consultancy would commence in March/April 2022, and would be expected to conclude by end July 2022. The contract value, including all relevant expenses, should not exceed DKK 900,000.
