Formulation of two climate adaptation projects - Rwanda

Description:
The objective of the assignment is to support the effective preparation of the Danish support for two climate adaption projects in Rwanda to a level of standard enabling it to be submitted for approval by the Minister for Development Cooperation. The consultancy includes close coordination between the MFA of Denmark and relevant stakeholders. 

The consultant will support the MFA of Denmark in formulating two project documents and appendices. The expected work load is maximum 45 working days between July - October, and the estimated maximum budget is DKK 400,000.
