Description:
The objective of the midterm review is to provide a preliminary assessment of status and progress of the SDG Fund and to provide possible recommendations for discussion with investors on improvements of the strategy, operation and management within the limits of the legally binding agreements. Another general objective of the review is to identify
possible general lessons learned of relevance for possible SDG-II fund.

Criteria for selection:
A minimum of three and a maximum of five applicants with references best suited for this assignment will be invited to submit a tender
Experience from working with or reviewing investment funds and/or operations of development finance institutions (DFIs) incl. IFU and/or other Nordic DFIs.
