The Embassy’s processing time in visa cases is up to 25 days for applications received after 21 May 2026, provided all required documentation has been provided to the Embassy. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but can assure that applications are handled as swiftly as possible. Priority is given to all business applications and to applicants eligible to apply under EU rules.

In cases where processing requires further enquiries or submission to the Danish Immigration Service, the maximum processing time is up to 45 calendar days.

The case processing time is calculated from the day the Embassy registers the application in the visa system, not from the time you apply online.
