The Honorary Consulate assists the Embassy in Dublin with providing consular services to Danish nationals or persons with permanent residence in Denmark.
The Honorary Consulate also represents Denmark at official functions and provide information about Denmark to individuals and organisations based in Ireland.
Consular services include issuing passports for children younger than 12 years of age, provisional passports and passport extensions.
The consular services also include public notary functions, liaising with local authorities in Denmark and Ireland and the Consulate provides emergency support to Danish nationals.
