Legalisation & Certification

Legalisation of documents from the United Kingdom for use in Denmark

Please check with the Danish authority requesting your document whether it needs to be legalised.

If it needs to be legalised, you must contact the Legalisation Office in the UK to have your document apostilled. See: Get your document legalised: Overview - GOV.UK

Documents which have been apostilled do not require further legalisation from the Danish Embassy in London in order to be used in Denmark.
