Due to an unexpected and increased volume of visa applications that the Embassy of Denmark in Ankara is receiving, the processing time is much higher than normal. The Embassy is doing its utmost to process the many applications as fast as possible. 

Case processing is currently 45 days. We are working hard to process all applications as quickly as possible and according to the EU Visa Code and Danish Visa Guidelines.

It is not possible to prioritize or speed up individual cases because of personal travel plans. Exceptions are only made for urgent reasons, such as official meetings or serious illness of close family members in Denmark.
