Event Management

Based on you and your company's needs, the Trade Council in Istanbul may organize any kinds of events (product lounge, networking event, reception, training workshop etc.) where we could bring together the top managements of the current and potential stakeholders/customers.


In the framework of the event, we will:

  • Prepare the list of the participants in close communication with you.
  • Send official invitation letters to the invitees consigned with the official Danish representation in Türkiye.
  • Identify and manage relevant third parties for services such as decorations, light and sound systems, food and beverage, invitations, posters, flags, other promotional tools.
