Young professionals to help Danish companies succeed in Germany

As part of our team, you will contribute to strengthening Danish-German collaboration and supporting Danish companies entering or expanding in the German market.
Within tech and digitalization, we believe the digital transition is essential for European competitiveness and the delivery of modern services to companies and citizens. We work in govtech, enterprise tech, and cyber security, often in close cooperation with our defence and health teams. Sector priorities may evolve over time.
You will be based in Berlin and work closely with colleagues across our regional network which spans Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Flensburg, Brussels, and The Hague. 

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying partnership opportunities between Danish companies and German stakeholders;
• Developing and executing market entry and market intelligence projects;
• Organizing events, workshops, and delegation visits;
• Identifying and engaging key stakeholders in Germany with the purpose of expanding our network and strengthening Danish-German collaboration.

• Hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. business, political science, IT or similar);
• Have 2–4 years of experience in business development, consulting, or project management;
• Have a commercial, strategic, and proactive mindset;
• Thrive both independently and in collaborative environments;
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach;
• Are fluent in English and have conversational German skills. Knowledge of a Nordic language (written and spoken) is a clear advantage;
• Have an interest in or understanding of technology trends (especially relevant for tech roles).

• Standard working hours are 37 hours per week, including a 30-minute lunch break;

• Location: Berlin
• Expected start: From August 2026 and onwards (depending on openings and pending security clearance)
• Travel within Germany and to Denmark is to be expected.
• The employment is subject to a security clearance by the Danish authorities.
