PM Advokatfirma is a boutique law firm specialising in Danish-German Cross-Border Business Law. Originating from the German branch of a large Danish law firm, we have retained a Scandinavian style. We therefore work in a proactive and solution-orientated manner. Wherever possible, we put practice before theory.
We are, so to speak, "Denmark's only law firm that is completely abroad". Our main office is located in the centre of Hamburg and we have representative offices in Flensburg, Berlin and Munich. All our offices are close to the representations of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the above mentioned four cities, i.e. the embassy and the consulates. We are a dedicated niche law firm for Danish companies that have expanded their business to Germany or want to establish themselves south of the Danish-German border.
Experience with assisting Danish companies in the DACH-region:
All of our 5 lawyers and other employees speak fluently Danish, German and English. Our lawyers are all educated in Germany and are admitted to the German Bar, which means that our counselling focuses on German law. We advise on German Business Law, but the counselling is in Danish.
Due to many years of experience advising Danish clients in Germany, we know all the legal and cultural differences in Danish-German Cross-Border Business Law and especially the pitfalls involved in this context.
