Please find below a guide on the procedures that will apply to individual staff members and their relatives:

Procedure with Nem-ID
Invitations will be sent to your e-Boks at the point in time where your age group is due to be vaccinated, following the Danish national vaccination plan. Please see: https://www.sst.dk/en/English/Corona-eng/Vaccination-against-COVID-19/When-will-you-get-vaccinated

Having received the invitation, you need to book a time for vaccination at a vaccination centre on www.vacciner.dk. The invitation letter will include guidance on how to proceed.

Procedure without Nem-ID
If you do not have a NemID with public digital signature at the point in time when your age group is due to be vaccinated following the Danish national vaccination plan, you will not receive an invitation for vaccinations.

If you want to be vaccinated, you should instead reach out to your Region.
For more information, also on the regional contact details:
https://www.sst.dk/en/English/Corona-eng/Vaccination-against-COVID-19/Questions-about-vaccination

The region will be able to assist with the booking of an appointment for vaccinations, but only if you belong to the specific age group being vaccinated. IMPORTANT – as of 10 May 2021, if you were born no later than the year 1966, you can now book an appointment.

The Protocol Department will inform you on a regular basis of the new age groups that can book appointments as soon as this information is made available by SSI.

The Protocol Department would like to reiterate that it will still be relevant for you to obtain a NemID, as this will enable you to make changes to your vaccination appointments and to download the Corona passport once vaccinated.
