The below list refers to the Danish missions, Visa Application Centres (VFS) or countries representing Denmark, where you can hand in your application. If there are no options for handing in your application in the chosen country, the list refers to the nearest Danish mission or Visa Application Centre in the region.

When planning when and where to submit your visa application, please be advised that your application and passport will be transferred from the Visa Application Centre to the Danish mission handling your application where it is safely stored during the case processing. Once a decision has been made in your case, you will be invited to pick up your passport at the Visa Application Center.

If you are a citizen in one of the countries marked with a *, you do not need a visa in order to enter Denmark. Only third country nationals have to apply in these countries. For further information on who needs a visa please see here.
