The Protocol Department is responsible for diplomatic accreditation and issues related to diplomatic stay in Denmark. Responsible for contacts to foreign embassies and international organisations and assists in practical matters. The diplomatic section performs the registration of employees of diplomatic missions accredited to Denmark and international organisations in Denmark. The diplomatic section also handles matters of honorary consuls in Denmark.
