The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Protocol Department, presents  its compliments to all Heads of Diplomatic Missions and Consulates accredited to Denmark, International Organisations and Other Missions resident in Copenhagen and Honorary Consulates in Denmark and has the honour to inform that

The Protocol Department’s ID & Residence Permit Office will be

closed during the week Monday 14 to Friday 18 July 2025 (both dates included)

During this week, we will be focusing on case processing and production of residence cards, and preparing for peak season in August/September. Regular opening hours for collection of ID and Residence cards will resume on Tuesday 22 July 2025.

Telephone enquiries are kindly to be limited to emergencies only during the week 14 – 18 July, and should be directed to the main telephone number of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, +45 3392 0000.
