Denmark's Strategy for Development Cooperation
Denmark's strategy for development cooperation was launched on June 20, 2025, by the Danish Minister for Foreign Affairs, Lars Løkke Rasmussen. The strategy
is based on political consensus between the Danish Government (the Social Democratic Party, the Liberal Party and the Moderates) and five parties in
Parliament (the Conservative People's Party, the Social Liberal Party, the Green Left, the Alternative and the Red-Green Alliance). The process of developing
the strategy has been inclusive through events and meetings with a wide range
of stakeholder organisations as well as a public hearing.
