The programme is guided by a Ukrainian–Danish Steering Committee with representatives from national and local authorities. An Advisory Board of Ukrainian experts and civil society ensures that the programme is rooted in local needs and deep knowledge.
The UTP is implemented through more than 20 Danish, Ukrainian, and international partners with strong expertise in reconstruction, green energy, human rights, and support for vulnerable groups.
