Circular Note - New Forms from the Protocol Department

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Protocol Department, presents its compliments to all Heads of Diplomatic Missions accredited to Denmark, International Organisations, Other Missions and Consulates resident in Copenhagen and has the honor to share the following information:

Please find new updated forms for registration on the Protocol Department’s webpage – standard forms for diplomats etc.

The forms incorporate the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The most important new element is the addition of a Privacy Notice, which must be signed when completing the forms. 

Furthermore, the Protocol Department would like to take this opportunity to kindly remind missions and organisations to forward information on private addresses and contact details for all persons currently affiliated with your Mission/Career Consulate/International Organisation if/when they relocate within Denmark by using the Address change form.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Protocol Department, takes this opportunity to renew to all Heads of Diplomatic Missions accredited to Denmark, International Organisations, Other Missions and Consulates resident in Copenhagen the assurances of its highest consideration.
