CIRCULAR NOTE

 

New opening hours at the Diplomatic Section

(Residence Permits/ID Cards etc.) of the Protocol Department

as of 1 May 2023

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Protocol Department, presents its compliments to all Heads of Diplomatic Missions and Consulates accredited to and resident in Denmark and to Heads of International Organisations and Other Missions resident in Copenhagen and has the honour to inform that the Diplomatic Section will change its opening hours.

 

Collection of Residence Permits / ID cards and other documents at Protocol Department will only be possible on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 am to 11:30 am as of 1 May 2023.

 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Protocol Department, avails itself of this opportunity to renew to all Heads of Diplomatic Missions and Consulates accredited to Denmark and to Heads of International Organisations and Other Missions resident in Copenhagen the assurances of its highest consideration.
