The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Protocol Department, presents its compliments to all Heads of Diplomatic Missions and Consulates accredited to and resident in Denmark and to International Organisations and Other Missions resident in Copenhagen and Honorary Consulates in Denmark and has the honour to refer to the applicable rules for parking at the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Asiatisk Plads 2) and the conference centre Eigtveds Pakhus (Strandgade 25 D), mentioned in the Guide for Diplomats, chapter 17.3: https://um.dk/en/about-us/the-protocol-department/

In addition, please be informed that the conference centre Eigtveds Pakhus has been issued with a number of parking permits for the use of guests invited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to an event at the conference centre, cf. the attached map.

The permits can be obtained from the Reception at the conference centre Eigtveds Pakhus. The permits are only valid for one day, i.e. if a meeting or conference is for more than one day, a new permit must be obtained from the Reception every day.

Finally, please note that vehicles illegally parked at the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the conference centre Eigtveds Pakhus are subject to penalty parking fees.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Protocol Department, takes this opportunity to renew to all Heads of Diplomatic Missions and Consulates accredited to and resident in Denmark and to International Organisations and Other Missions resident in Copenhagen and Honorary Consulates in Denmark the assurances of its highest consideration.
