will be closed between Christmas and New Year

 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Protocol Department, presents

its compliments to all Heads of Diplomatic Missions and Consulates accredited to Denmark, International Organisations and Other Missions resident in Copenhagen as well as Honorary Consuls in Denmark and has the honour to share the following information:

 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Protocol Department, will be closed from Friday, 22 December 2023 at 16:00 pm until Tuesday, 2 January 2024 at 09:00 am (collection of ID cards from 09:30 am).

 

For urgent need of assistance during the above period, please contact the 24/7 Operations Centre in Copenhagen, Tel +45 3392 1112, e-mail [email protected], around the clock. However, assistance may be limited compared to regular working days.
