2014 A Peer Review of Danida's Evaluation Function

With a view to providing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Management and the Evaluation Department with an assessment of the evaluation function in light of the new approaches introduced over the past year; and to informing the upcoming development of an Evaluation Policy, The Evaluation Department invited Professor Emeritus Elliot Stern, UK, and Head of Evaluation Department Norad, Tale Kvalvaag, to carry out a peer review.
