Educational documents and diplomas

Documents issued by officially recognised Danish educational institutions can be legalised. Contact the relevant study administration regarding the issuance of educational documents. You can receive the documents electronically via Digital Post or have the student administration issue a 'true copy' of the educational document with a physical/wet signature.

Legalisation of high school diplomas

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also offers the legalisation of high school diplomas with a Digital Signature. If you graduated from STX, HF, HHX, or HTX after 2004, your diploma can be obtained with a Digital Signature through the Ministry of Children and Education’s portal, Min Kompetencemappe. See the guide here. (In Danish only).
