The purpose of the Business Network is to be a partner for Danish companies and subsidiaries in Belgium, strengthen Danish export to Belgium and enhance Danish companies’ conditions on the Belgian market.
Our mission is to help members increase their business and develop meaningful and long-term relationships through a local network.
How?
We have established a local networking and knowledge-sharing platform to:
- Enhance dialogue and cooperation between Danish subsidiaries on the Belgian market and the Embassy of Denmark to Belgium.
- Share experiences on strategic, practical, commercial, and cultural challenges and agree on how to jointly address them.
- Find synergies and opportunities of engaging in business together.
- Provide market intelligence by inviting authorities, policy makers etc. and promote Danish solutions.
- Organise visits to relevant organisations, companies and/or institutions to create local networks.
- Strengthen the awareness and branding of Danish solution/products/services.
The Ambassador of Denmark to Belgium, Susanne Shine, is the chairwoman of the Business Network and participates in all networking meetings and activities. In order to create high and added value for the members, the Ambassador invites all members to contribute to the program with ideas, feedback, specific topics and/or relevant speakers.
