2026 Trade Council rates
The hourly rate in 2026 is DKK 820.
SME’s may apply for a 50% discount if they qualify under the following definition: < 250 employees and < DKK 375 million turnover annually.
SME’s will also need to comply with the EU de minimis regulation and fill in an SME Declaration form.

The Egyptian Danish Business Council (EDBC)
According to the Strategic Partnership agreement, the EDBC aims to strengthen bilateral ties and discuss new trade and investment activities within sectors of mutual interest. It encourages companies and investors to explore promising investment opportunities and boost commercial cooperation in vital sectors like maritime transportation and shipping, clean and renewable energy, green hydrogen, healthcare, water, food and agriculture, waste handling, and sustainable infrastructure and city planning. The EDBC gives companies structured access to a direct dialogue with Egyptian and Danish ministers and authorities on business opportunities, legislative issues, avenues to improve doing business, and other policy advice of commercial relevance.
