Evaluation Study of Delegated Cooperation with the EU

This study examines Denmark’s use of delegated cooperation with the European Union from 2014 to 2023. It was carried out by a team of independent consultants from Tana-EHG. Drawing on a portfolio review, case studies and the experiences of like-minded donors, the study sheds light on what has worked, where challenges have arisen and what conditions are conducive to successful delegated cooperation. On this basis, it provides recommendations to inform the future use of the modality.
